I have been in the insurance business for over 30 years. Gaining Cooperation is a must read for all claims and agency career professionals.
Loved the book very easy to read and very helpful. I deal with customer service everyday and this book helped on different levels that we deal with.
When I read the Eight Characteristics of an Awesome Adjuster, I thought all of the principals in that book could be used in any business with employees that work with human beings. We get so tied up in our everday job function (especailly customer service industry-which everyone is in) that we forget we are all here to help people. My dad always taught me that the more you give, the more you get in return (offer to help). I think this book would be a great read for veteran employees...take a step back and think about all the times we've dealt with people and situations that didn't end well and how they could've been handled differently on our part. This book literally tells you how and doesn't just paint it over with a brush. Can't wait for The Eight Characteristics of an Awesome Employee!
